A memorial event for the victims of the catastrophic 2009 Australian Bush Fires that affected many communities in the state of Victoria. Over 130 people were killed and many more left injured and traumatised. The fires were as a result of a prolonged drought and extreme high temperatures, conditions that are being exaserbated by climate change.
