An ice dragon in Ski Dubai. Dubai must have the largest carbon footprint of any city in the world per head of population. Ski Dubai is a massive skiing complex that has to be cooled to a constant below freezing temperature whilst the outside temperatures can reach 50 degrees celcius, requirnig vast quantities of energy.
